We collect only what you enter yourself in the demonstration or quote form. Nothing is collected without your knowledge.

Legal basis
Your explicit consent, collected through a checkbox that is not pre-ticked, at the moment you submit the form. The date and time of that consent are recorded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 24 months from your request, then deleted. If you become a client, it is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the legal periods that apply to it.
Hosting and recipients
Requests are stored in Firebase Realtime Database (Google Ireland Limited), in regioneurope-west1 (Belgium). They are passed to our sales team through our internal channels. They are neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). The database allows no public read access. Stored requests are reachable only by authorised OMA FLEET accounts.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracker or analytics tool.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete data concerning you.
To exercise those rights, write tocontact@omafleet.comstating your request. You may also contact the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
